So I have the surge and I can assume the FPR is bad, my truck is under the powertrain warranty still so is it covered?

I also have 1 qt of 2 stroke in a 52 gallon tank of diesel, will this matter to the dealer or is it too little to tell or will they even care because it is such a common problem.
