So I'm looking at building my truck up a little....finally and I need a little info. I know that the stock turbo can't go past ~30psi, and head studs are required around ~45psi to avoid blown gaskets. But after installing studs, what will be a safe pressure to stay under? What will be the next part to worry about catastrophic failure?

i pushed 60 and cracked a piston, no bent rods but im sure the old ones got shortened. i also had fuel problems to thank for the piston tho.

I believe with studs guys are going up to 55-60 PSI... but I'm not sure what is safe when you consider if you are going to start bending rods.

My injectors and high pressure lines were shot and fuel was constantly leaking into crankcase. There was alot of fuel. after an hour of driving it would fill the bottom end enough so it was half way up the dipstick.
