Is 31 lbs correct for the maximum boost allowed for an 02 duramax wastegate ?
Also I have read where the 02 + - duramax stock turbos limit is about 35 lbs.
Can I get some opinions on these numbers ?

I believe that 31 ish is about all you will get pre intercooler on an unmolested set up. Probably dont want to run much higher for the turbo's sake.
