You can add a parrot kit to your existing stock radio.

Checkout my truck, pioneer bt single din, it gives a little room on the bottom half. i went with it due to clean output wattage for my amp. great sound, a pain with my bt hooking up to my phone. it took me awhile to learn how to sync with the unit. badass sound and thats what i really wanted.

heymccall is right on the parrot that a good setup also... and it can be plug and play if you buy all the harnesses! works well and easy to learn
