I changed the water pump and both therms 10k miles ago. Then I had a turbo coolant line leak about two weeks ago and I changed the hoses and the banjo seal. It the last week I noticed that my upper coolant hose is flat. When I starty the truck the hose will expand again but no matter how long I run the truck if I take the radiator cap loose my coolant system does not have pressure. The truck is not leaking any coolant at all and the oil looks perfect. So what is the deal now guys? I am also not loosing any coolant?????

No worries, just clean your coolant cap or get a new one. There is a seal inside the cap that lets air into your system that gets stuck, if this happens the upper hose will collapse. The weather is cool enough now that you probable will not build pressure while running your truck.

Thanks I did what you said and cleaned the cap now the system is working great. I drove around the block and the system now has pressure again.
