Does anybody know what the torque specs are for the band clamp at the front of the pipe and the nuts on the flange?

Not that I know the answer to your question... but the front pipe band clamp is a lock nut pushing against a spring. So before I removed it, I measured the compression of the spring with a set of calipers (tape measure will work also). After a few drives, I rechecked it. I put an aftermarket exhaust on and just guesstimated the tightness of the 4 flange bolts. Hope this helps.

On that note, where can average Joes like us get them? I have a Ford Service DVD for all 1996-2003 vehicles that I got off eBay. It would be nice to get something similar for GM, even if it just covered my truck...
