Did you check the pins in the main wiring plugs to make sure none are pushed in?

yes, checked them twice and also every connection.

A bad fuel filter can do alot of weird things, but it wouldn't throw a buttload of codes.

Mine levels out on power 2000rpm, and starts blowing black smoke. It has been like that since I bought it. It is the same on the stock tune, or the higher tunes, with the Diablo Sport. Is this a fueling problem, or is this normal operatio?

^^^^^^No that ain't normal man.

Does anyone know what the problem could be? My manual showes torque peak at 1800rpm, and HP to peak at 3000.

so does it go over 2k rpms? or does it stall after that?

i would start with the basics.

remove the tune and see if that fixes the problem.
when was the last time you changed your fuel filter?
have you ever cleaned your MAFS?

Just changed the oil and filters last weekend. I have cleaned the MAFS before, maybe it's time for a new one.

Oh yea, it doesn't stall out after 2000rpm, but it don't sound good, sound's a little rough.

That's likely just your pilot injecton shutting off.

I have no idea what pilot injection is, or how to fix it. A little help?

"Pilot injection is where a small amount of fuel is injected into the cylinder several degrees before the main fuel injection occurs. Pilot injection creates slight pressure in the cylinder to help the rings seal against the cylinder wall and push the piston toward the thrust or power side of the cylinder. This makes the engine operate much quieter and more efficiently."

What would I need to do to fix this problem? Is it an injector problem, or computor, or what?

It is normal for the pilot injection to shut off above 2500(IIRC) RPM.
