chevyman98 02-04-2010, 11:23 PM i was kicking around the idea since i love the k5 blazers and the duramax motor what do yal think of a 80's model k5 with a 6.6dmax and possibly a zf6 trans dont really want an ally since it seems exspensive to get a computer and harness unless a donor truck comes along. any suggestions on what else would bolt up any comments thanks in advance F.B.I 02-04-2010, 11:27 PM 1º. Get the donor I saw a duramax package right here on the market place check this : http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=338870 chevyman98 02-04-2010, 11:40 PM do you now how long ago cause it looks like its might have been picked up Bryce418 02-05-2010, 12:19 AM one of my techs is planning the same setup more or less he has a 91 k5 with about 10ish inches of lift, 38" swampers with a dana 60 front and 14 bolt rear. he picked up a lb7donor rolling chassis with electronics, his only hurdle right now is trying to find a round pattern np205 and adapters. should be quite the beast when done.
