hey everyone.

im in the middle of doing headgaskets on my 04 LLY. i figured while im in the motor that id add a set of injector nozzles. i bought the 75hp dynomite diesel tips but i cant find anything on how to rebuild the injector and replace the nozzles. anyone on here done it? how hard is it? anny special tools needed? thanks in advance.

You need a torque wrench and a clean place to work; which you should already have if you doing the job your already into. I lost a puck and looked for it for 2 hours or better. My suggestion is to get a cheap plastic tub and cut a hole in it big enough so the injector fits through the hole. that way if the puck falls out it will land in the tub.
