Lost all boost the other day, got home after spitting 4 lanes of black smoke, and saw a huge hole on the smaller curve of the 90* boot.
Pretty crazy the tear was about 3 inches long, of course no boost. Go buy a new boot from Chevy, $85 !!!!!!!!1 WTF, then come on here, and find I couldve gotten a whole AFE tube that straightens out that 90 for another 100 bucks.
Damn, I guess in another 50k i will buy it if it ever tears again.
My question, anybody ever had this happen?
Im only running a edge cts lvl 3.
PS this slight intermittent power loss has been happening the last coupld weeks, and I guess it was the tear growing bigger and bigger until riiiiiiiiip.
