Yesturday a customer brought his truck to my shop to check for lots of smoke when idling. The engine does no miss and runs fine. Anyways what amazed me was his odometer 333146 miles the truck is in great shape and drives very food even the transmission shifts smooth. Has anybody seen a truck with more orignial miles than this? By the way the only thing he has had done is replace the injectors.

Mine is at 285k and all original except injectors, only changed out the waterpump and alternator and idler pulley...still running the factory brakes

My dad's 3500 Dually 2wd has almost 340K on it its an 05 but its on its 2nd motor now.

210K on the 03 and no problems aside from a pissed off tranny from a hot tune.

Last I knew, Eric Merchant now owns that truck, and it had around 600,000 miles on it. His wife drives it around, and it runs perfectly fine.

That's not even close to broke in yet. Well maybe. But for a well taken care of diesel, should still have atleast that many more good miles left.

Don't know if it's original or not....but it's a lot of miles....:eek:

my dually had 470,000 when the motor was replaced just because the guy didnt want to do the injectors agian. the tranny had 540k on it when i replaced it and it drove fine but due to a crack in it i had to swap it out. the dually now has 543k on it.

That is awsome these trucks are really impressing.
