Does anyone know what is the largest wheel (spare) that can be tucked under the rear ... without problem getting down when needed? Of coarse the dealer gave the usual response, advising the stock tire is the only recommended tire to use. *%#@* ...Censored !!! Will a h2 w/ 315/70/17's ?

I tucked a 285/75R16 no problem, a 315/75R16 (pretty much the same, a little taller than 315/70R17) will fit, BUT... just barely depending on if you've upgraded your exhaust, and it hangs REALLY low and looks kinda goofy in my opinion. My 315/75R16 rides in the box. PITA, but better than looking stupid

h2 fit in mine fine but i have aftermarket bumper and mbrp single 4" exhaust (not sure how that's different than stock). i know others have fit h2 315 in a stock setup.
with my bumper, i think it looks good when you can see the bottom of it.

I Have An H2 Takeoff "315" Hanging In My Spare. I Also Have Cool Duels But Had To Move The Hangers, & I Have An Aftermarket Rear Bumper. I Have Room For A 36" Tall Tire Now.

With my upgraded reciever a 285/75/16 was a very tight fit. Seem to remember giving it a few kicks to make it go.

I fit an H2 and a 2857017 no problem, I could have gone bigger if I needed to.

It all depends on if you have aftermarket exhaust and how they ran it if you do. I have a dually with RBP and I do not have the room for anything bigger than stock.
