ok so Im going to need the drivers and passengerside exaust manifolds. Im going to need the turbo. I need the downpipe that is the exaust out.

Question about the crossoverpipe? Does it connect the driverside exaust directly to the passengerside exaust? Forcing more exaust into the turbo on the drivers side? and then all the exaust from both sides goes out the downpipe?

yes, that is how it works. its also better to get the intake manifold, heat shield for the pass side, oil line to the turbo and drain plate

were does the pipe crossover to connect the 2 exaust manifolds?

Under the oil pan or what?

if its a 4x4 OBS(old body style) truck that your sticking it on, your gonna have to make it super tight to the block and transmission bellhousing since the front driveshaft likes to have "relations" with your downpipe if you drive over ALOT of rough ground. my downpipe is as close as it can possibly be to the bellhousing on my truck and it has a rather big scraped up dent from where the front driveshaft has it hit. once i get my lift kit that shouldnt be a problem anymore.

The shape of the 6.5td stuff makes routing the crossover pipe in this manner pretty impractical. Banks turbo kits for 88-92 6.2 NBS trucks use an almost identical setup as the 6.5 td. Everything said, I think ATS probably had the most well thought out kit around for these motors. Its a shame they no longer make them.
