When my dmax is sitting ideling I can feel a pulsating vibration in the seat. It has done this for along time and after reading the post on the flexplate that came apart I'm wondering if I have something going on it stops when I put it in gear and hold the brake. I'm getting ready to do the stage IV trans from mike and wondering if I should have a flexplate on hand or could this be something else? I figured it was just the nature as my 92 ford with the Cummins in it does the same thing with a 5 speed. ?????? Thanks

If the truck is set to stock with no tuners on it does it still do the same. Can be programming. You can get some strange vibrations with that.

HMM well I have the stock convertor in mine and has never had a thing done to it. whats weird is the other pickup does it almost identically but they both quit if you rev them up a little bit.
