A friend has a Freightliner FL60 with a 3126 Cat. He recently had it serviced and had the 62 mph speed limiter eliminated. It is only rated 190 HP, and is terrible on hills w/a trailer. So, after driving my Dmax, he said, "Can you do that for my truck?" So I put a temporary setup on it to see how it would do. I was concerned that with the small turbo it has, propane may not help much. But it did quite a bit. I am now going to mount a 50 gal tank on the frame rail and put the same filterlock and regulator that my truck has, but use a throttle activated switch instead of giving it lp all the time. He mainly needs more power just for hills.
