Does anyone else have a problem with the driver side ext. cab door shutting harder that the passenger side? Seems like my drivers side ext. door sits too low and needs an adjustment but is there any adjustment?:confused:

All doors will have some adjustment in them at the hinges.

Mine makea a really nasty plastic rubbing sound between the drivers front and rear ext cab door. I've had the truck since Dec 04 and can't believe it makes this sound already. I took it to the dealership and they tried to adjust the doors, but it still makes the noise. I mostly hear it in the morning when it is a bit cooler outside. Other than this stupid noise, I am very happy with the truck...Im use to Toyota quality and guess my expectations are high?

I have a similar problem but mine is ALOT of wind noise and also when I have the doors closed you can stand at the back of the truck and look down the body line it "looks" like the door isn't closed gooed enough. I have open and closed it a thousand times trying to see if it was not closed good but it is. Obviously, A GM glitch! I will take it into the dealership next week to see if they can adjust it.

Passenger side is fine except for the wind noise around the back door.

But that is why the JL Audio 10's are back there!:ro)
