Is there much difference in the two, performance wise? Any reason one would be better over the other? Have the chance to get 5" single cheap. What do you think? It's going on an 05 lly ccsb. No mods right now but have an Edge Juice w/Attitude that will be going on it and eventually the lbz mouthpiece. Also will turbo back from 04 lb7 ccsb fit on 05 lly ccsb? Without cat of course.

Thanks you guys! I'll go with the 5" since I can get it for about $100, as long as it will fit my 05 since it's coming off of an 04.

grab the 5'' if you have the chance. i run a 4'' but think the 5 to 6'' tip looks the best. ill trade ya my 4'' magnaflow system with 5'' mbrp tip for the 5'' system.

4" is all you need but 5" does look and sound great. 5" can get a little annoying on some trucks if you go on a long trip though. If you want it loud, 5" is definitely the way to go.

The thing I was looking at was the price. I can get the 5" for $100 that is only about a year old vs. paying $300+ for a 4". One of the things I don't like about the 5" though is that you can't keep your spare under the bed. Just have to hope for no flats I guess and throw the spare in the back on trips.

Gives you an excuse to get a Tiregate tm rear bumper for $1500 or so!):h

I think I'll just let it ride around the bed for awhile. Just got the truck a few months age and trying to do a few things for as little $ as possible. That's why I'm prob. going with the 5". It already pisses me off about my heated seats quitting. Still have to get back with dealer on that one. No warrenty left but no longer than I've had it they should help me out with it. I also have a chance at a leveling kit for free but don't know if I want to put it on or not.

Does it touch the spare though? The truck the exhaust is on had the spare on it but it rubbed the spare hard.

The 5" clears by about 1"-2" on a stock tire.

I'll go ahead and put it on then and just adjust it around to get it to clear. Thanks.
