Good morning all,
Running into an interesting thing with my heated seats and dash guages. They are not related, but just wanted to do one post.

Heated seats:
Happens randomly, but the seats will come on automatically. I will shut them off and a few seconds/minutes later they are back on. Any ideas how to fix this?

Gauges:
randomly they will decide not to work. I notice this when I start the truck. They have not quit working while the truck is running, only on start up.

How old are your batteries? Low voltage at startup is what usually causes the gauge problem. It has to see a certain voltage (I think it was 5 volts?) to "wake up". Could be the seat module is reacting to the low startup voltage too and it defaults to "on".

un plug seats and see if it resets it
