Just installed PPE standard do i have to take fuses out everytime to change tune? What about just doing diagnostics do fuses need to be pulled for that also? Thanks

are you talking about the fuse for Onstar, if so yes you do.

No it was several fuses that had to be pulled from the under hood fuse box i dont have the manual here in front of me for the exact fuses. I think it was a radio fuse, info fuse, battery fuse, and some others. Five all together.

Its the info and radio fuses. I pull mine to be safe I know people that don't. Its only when your changing the tune if you clearing codes or reading codes you don't have to pull them.

I change tunes all the time with my PPE and I have never once pulled any fuses.

same here, i only power off the radio and make sure that the climate control fan is off as well.

I recommend taking the fuses out every time. I had a PPE hot +2 and now I have a fried ECM because of something that was related.. I beleive. Pull the fuses the worst thing is you have to reset your clock.
