i'm runnin one on my LMM, only because i lost a piece of my FPRV when i did the shim kit, but you should be ok. If you want you could contact some of the "Big Dogs" like Rob or Mike, etc. and ask them about it

How difficult were these to install? I'm looking at doing the same thing.

the install was not hard. it took a total of 30 mins to do each fitting. service manager is kinda pissed about it but oh well.

What did you use to get the valve out of the back of the fuel rail. I can't get anything to bite on it hard enough in a position that I can break it free. Thing feels like its tor4uqed to 250+ ft lbs.

i use a 18mm wobble socket and my 3/8s impact layin the back and zaped it to loosen it it is actually tq to 74 ft lbs

Race valve isn't hurting the truck running on the street? I hope so, because instead of shimming I'm gonna do that if it'll work. I also want to do the PPE ported fuel rail fitting, and the cp3 inlet from PPE>

PPE told it will be fine to run on the street. so far i have driven 50 miles and no problems. i still have the stock valve just incase. i was thinking of doing the pump fitting. PPE said that is bascliy how the shimm kit is

I know I am having a hell of a time trying to get the S shaped hard line off (to get room to use a socket on the rail fitting in the front of the rail) How the hell did you get yours loose? I couldn't fit a crowfoot in there either.

The ac compressor bracket and other hard lines are in the way of turning the wrench

Anybody?

Me and a couple buddies put one an 04.5 lly and it wasnt to bad, but it was deffinatly on there tight. Dont know about performance yet, but time will tell.
