I have a 2005 Duramax 2500HD with towing package and camper wiring package. I have a 2000 Starcraft camper. I have 4 wires coming from the camper harness, Black-Power converter, Black-Refrigerator, White-ground and Green-clearance lights. I had no trouble wiring my White to white ground, and brown to green-tail light/clearance light connections. When I wired the truck Red-Battery feed to the 2 Black camper leads, I get no lights or refrigerator. I understand there may be a fuse I need to install in the truck or make some other type of connection so this will work. I have the auxillary battery in my truck and no battery in my camper. Any advice?? Thanks in advance.

In the underhood fuse panel there is a shunt in place of where you need to put a fuse. It is the fuse in the front passenger side corner of the fuse box.

30-40 is probably the most the wiring will handle.
