I had a suncoast stage 4 kit installed about six months ago, i have a leak coming from one of the bolts inside the bell housing that connects the bell housing to the pump. It looks like the black silicone sealant around the bolt is leaking. Looking for a good tranny shop near portland, OR to pull the tranny and fix the leak.
thanks

It was MikeL. We found a shop, he taking care of it. Unfortunate situation, but he is making it right. Just a sign of the kind of guy he is. Great customer service when someone will stand behind their work, even when you drive your truck 1000 miles home with a trailer. should be fixed by tuesday.

Its in the at Pacific Northwest Transmission in Hubbard, OR. Should get it back tomorrow afternoon. I was getting a price and some info about their rebuild on the allison. I'll update when i get it back. I've heard about some of the events/meet and greets, but haven't made it to one yet.

1. Where did you get it originally installed at? Pacific NW Transmission?
2. What did they charge you?

He originally had Mike L of Inglewood Transmission build the trans. Now that he has a leak Mike has him taking it to Pacific NW Transmission to be fixed on Mike's dollar.

I've had the truck back for about a weak and no leaks. They pulled the tranny and resealed the pump, they needed the truck for two days. Good service, so far with the experience i've had, i'd take the tranny to them if i was going to have it done locally.
Another big thanks to MikeL. for backing his work and taking care of the customer. He payed for the repair, not a dime out of my pocket.
Other places that stood out were
Larry Morton's in Oregon city, couple of different people recommended them.
503-657-5335
Metro Trans just north of Vancouver, WA recommended and sounded familiar with the allisons
360-574-7649
I called 10-15 different shops, the above three are were i'd go.
