I have got some questions?

Is there any difference of the short block between a 6.5D and a 6.5TD?
Maybe heads, pistons, compression ratio, camshaft ....

My 6.5TD has a rod bearing defect.

Someone in Germany offers me a 6.5D of a 95 G20 Van with low miles.
Can I put all my Turbo parts on this short block without problems?

I think you'd be fine.

But I have been wrong before,,, just ask my wife! =)

IIRC, the van turbo is a center mounted turbo not the side mounted like the one in the truck. So, I presumed it has a different intake but same turbo.

It sounds like the van is a non-turbo version. Everything should bolt right up. The CR was the same. All your TD parts should work. I can't think of any other significant differences between the basic parts of the D and TD motors.

strip the van motor down to a shortblock add your parts off 6.5td and your good to go.
