ive got a 9" lift on my 05 with 37's on it and i re-programmed the speedo and everything and i replaced the front disc brakes and pads but the "service brake system" light still comes on every time i drive it. i dont wanna just throw some parts at it. does anybody have an idea?

Was the light on before you adjusted for tire size? Can you pull any codes?

no the light didnt come on before the tires, and i checked for codes and it doesnt have any. my speedo is correct and everything. the light comes on every time i drive it though

I remember reading a while back that some guys were having problems when adjusting for 37"+ tires. IIRC, it was something about about the ABS module and the ECM having 2 totally different tire sizes that was causeing it to throw an ABS light. I believe the cure was having the ABS module programed with the correct tire size.

Keep in mind, that is all out of memory. I think i read it in the EFI Live section. You could go there and do a search to find the thread.
