looking to do some small 35s and it seems I'll have to go the cognito 4" route to do so

if so, anyone running that kit and towing a GN? I'm sure there are quite a few of you and I need to know if there were any issues to work around with the trailer.

I really want to lift the truck, but not sure if it will work with the GN I'm picking up (32' GN)

will an adjustable neck be enough?

or should I just do the UCA kit to lift it a little and keep running 33s to remain more practical?

thanks

there are lots of lifted guys on this site that tow on a regular basis. however, the 4'' kit with 33s is the most popular as you get the lift but you dont have most of the problems associated with lifts and towing. on a 4'' you will be doing some serious cutting to stuff 35s. generally a 6'' lift is used for that size meat.

If you are planning on keeping the truck and trailer for a while you can raise the tongue of the GN. A friend of mine did it, he has a 6" w/ 35's

You just have to be carefull if you are off roading it with bed clearence. I have a smaller 30 fr gn trailer with an extended height neck it is sweet i used it for off road stuff this is mainely on road trailer.

running 35s and tow regularly. i have no lift, only cranked keys (not all that adviseable, but cheap and easy) . the bumper is the largest issue with clearance, but i ditched that recycled beer can long ago......if you tow heavy, then gearing can become an issue.

you have to be careful towing a gooseneck with torsion axles and a lift, because torsion axles dont walk, and if the truck is to high it will hit the box, if you lengthen the pole on the hitch it will cause the front tires on the trailer to come up and then all the weight is on the back axle and tires will get hot and blow, i have had this problem and im only running a 2.5'' block on back. Slipper spring axles i would think would be fine with a lift though
