I've been working on an 87 chevy I put a dmax in and am now tring to start it. The problem is it won't start and I'm at a dead end. I have the ecm tcm bcm abs and airbag computers all plugged in I didn't cut any wires on the factory harness and I even pulled the steering wheel out of the donor truck to try and start it with it. I was wondering if there is some kind of fuel cut off switch that could have got damaged during the transplant because it cranks fine but doesn't begin to fire. Today I even plugged in the fuel sending unit out of the tank on the new truck hopping it was something like that but no luck. My last try was to disconnect the glow plug wire and shoot a little either at it still not even a shudder.Censored I didn't do more than just a mist of either at it but when the cam sensor on my 02 went out the truck ran on either for a second or two so why can't I even get a cough out of this one. :help: There must be a injector or pump driver wire or some type of cut off not letting it hit just like if you took the plug wires of a gas nothing. I hooked our computer from work to it last night and it was reading the parameters real sloooow and when it was done the only codes it showed were :H U3FD4, H P0101, P P0540, H P0540, H P0540? I tried to monitor several things on it while tring to start it but when I had selected them all it was like none of the % or press. or any thing wanted to read or comunicate with it? If anyone could please shed some light on my frustrating situation I would be very grateful.
