: Frontier Gear Bumpers?

I was wondering if anyone has a Frontier Gear Bumper, specifically a rear pipe bumper. I spoke with the company for a while on the phone and they seemed very nice and helpful. I like the looks of their pipe bumper, as it seems to have less of a taper at the corners than some of the others do.

Does anybody have one? How do you like it? Anyone have a frontend replacement?

Here is a pic from their website of their pipe bumper:

Thanks. That is definitely a frontier front bumper but I think later on down in the thread he said that the rear bumper is a ranchhand.

Yeah but now i see the bevel on the bottom.. I believe the rear bumper is a frontier also. Ranch hand doesn't have the bevel on the bottom.

BMCD, yeah you are definitely right, that is not a ranchhand...it has that bevel and doesn't taper as much.

It looks like it tapers more than the one in the pic I posted above, but I bet it is just the different angle of the pic.

I have the Frontier FER and I love it. The reason I got it was for a couple of reasons, of course price, you can use factory fogs and tow hooks, and it is different than all of the Ranchhands that are around me on ALL of the trucks.

Plus there is a place underneath the bumper that is perfect for chicken lights:D

When ever you see a Pete or any other big truck with about 100 lights all over, those are chicken lights.

I've just got two Amber/Red LED's on there now thinking about getting a couple more. Also thinking about adding about 4 more clearance lights on the roof. Maybe a couple more LED's under the tailgate next to the stock one.

You know chicken lights. I don't know where it came from, but that's always what I have heard them called.

IIRC, the term "chicken lights" comes from the guys that hauled chickens from the deep south for companies like Tyson. Grandma-in-law raised chickens for Tyson for many years in Boaz, Alabama.

All the chicken trucks looked like christmas trees.
