I have a 2003 Chevy 2500HD, Duramax. Im experiencing a strange brake problem. First, The pedal makes a strange noise inside the truck and it sounds like its about to brake. Second, when I come to a complete stop, the brakes slowly almost disengae causing the truck to surge forward . The pedal goes down when this occurrs. Im not having trouble stopping and the pads and rotors are in good shape. Can anyone explain this issue. Thanks.
