this is a hypothetical question kinda. is there a way to put a generator conected to the engine that will run any thing i want even like a 5th wheel camper traler, electric equppment, welder,etc. basically i want a way to turn my dmax in to a portable generator when i stop some where. i have heard some people talk of things like this but never seen it. and if this is possible would there be a down side to doing this to the engine. i already leave it running all night to have the air or heat on when i sleep in it, i sleep in my tuck alot sadly, but i can't complain it is a comfy back seet.:o:

Ya this isn't the place pm a mod to move it. And yes, they make what you are looking for never seen it on a Dmax though. Run a web search I'll see if I can't find something.
