Go with the H2 rims and E-rated 17" tires. The rims are painted, and they fit in the wheelwell without any major mods.

I think you'll be pleased with the results.

Just my .02 cents - but you asked... http://dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Wink.gif

<H4 style="MARGIN: auto 0in">1). Are the Alloy Wheels aluminum or painted? </H4>
They are painted on the front side - also available in chrome at a much higher price.
<H4 style="MARGIN: auto 0in">2). Are they forged or cast? </H4>
They are cast.
<H4 style="MARGIN: auto 0in">3). One piece or two?</H4>
One piece.
<H4 style="MARGIN: auto 0in">4). What is the load rating per rim?</H4>
The load rating is not stamped or marked on the rims. These rims are not designed far a high GVWR vehicle like the forged PYOs that come on the 2500HD and 3500 trucks, so I doubt that the weight rating is as high as the PYOs. Note that GM will not even sell a SRW 3500 with PYOs - steel only. I would not use the H2 wheels on a truck that I intended to load up to or beyond the RAWR.

I've been asked what the load rating was on the H2 rims, so I sent an Email to Hummer inquiring. They sent me back an Email stating they don't have those specs, I should check with a dealer. Called a dealer, they have no idea http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Ermm.gif. Next check is going to be Alcoa, then DOT. I'll get an answer one way or another..I hope.
