po380-Glow Plug Circ Error Circ A

po489-Evap Emission Ctrl Sys Vent Valve/Solenoid Circ Error

po540-Manifold Intake Air Heater Circ
P2141 -Exhaust Gas Recirculation Throttle Ctrl Circ Low

P2144- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Vent Ctrl Circ Low

sounds like egr valve is stuck and you need a glow plug controller or you have couple bad glow plugs.

federal or CA emissions? Glow plug is covered by GM if it is CA emissions with I believe under 200K on it.

Yes, it is 10 years/200,000 miles. I had the same thing happen today, to my '04 with 83,200 miles. I had code P0380 also. My mechanic told me about this GM warranty, I just thought this was only on the injectors. Does the injectors have separate warranty? Will they replace all the glow plugs or just the bad one? If just the bad one, will they still continue to cover the other glow plugs before the 200,000 miles?

There is an advantage to putting an egr blocker plate by not letting crud into the intake, but you will still need EFI Live to block the codes associate with the egr.

The injector and glowplug warranties are separate, they just have the same length of time on replacement. They replace only the bad ones unless you have a great dealer. They will still warranty all the glowplugs until the expiration of the warranty, regardless of how many were replaced. They are pretty inexpensive and easy to replace if you decide to replace them yourself, after your warranty ends.
