I was reading over the instructions for the install and the part where it says if you experience low fuel pressure drop the tank and drill two holes in the fuel collection basket to allow extra fuel to flow into the basket, how many people have had to do this? I will be installing MPI twins in a few weeks and will be running Rob's tunes more than likely and if this is something I should go ahead and do I would really like to know. Thanks a lot!

And another question, when I take my Nicktane filter kit off, I can't remember if I removed any factory lines, if I did, will I need these back?

I do suggest drilling the holes in the basket now. That way you do it all at once. If you are running a big tune you will want all the fuel the AD is capable of.
