No hard radiator hose.
Ramp up to 160mpa and it never goes below 159mpa.
Balance rates for 6 injectors are all under + or -1, and 2 injectors are around 2.1 and -2.7. These are cylinders 5 and 7. And these were in drive, hot. Slightly better in park, hot.
No oil in coolant.
FPR stays at 30% at 160mpa.
One of the readings on the tech 2 says: BARO 99kpa, regardless of idle or wide open throttle. Anyone know what it should say for Baro? Thanks
Maf reading is 3x g/s at idle, and up to about 400 g/s at wide open throttle.
Dealer charged me $80.00 and said I need injectors. I dont think so, what do you think?
No fuel in oil, runs great, and 19 mpg average.
WHATS UP?
Possible rust in the 5 and 7 injector lines again? I have seen 2 trucks with that issue lately. Thanks

If it's white smoke, I'd say injectors. Just 'cause the balance rates are OK doesn't mean the nozzles aren't leaking slightly. You could try cancelling cylinders with a scan tool to see if the smoke stops to pinpoint a cylinder.
The BARO sensor is reading correctly. Its reading atmospheric pressure.

Isnt atmospheric pressure around 14psi?

99kpa is 14.3psi.
Just how much smoke are you getting? All the time....only when cold?

What are your injector rates on 6 and 8?

Smokes at idle. More of a puffing haze really.
Rates on 6 and 8 are all around + or - 1 or under. I dont remember if they were positive or negative, but I will go get the truck and check again. Thanks, and is the maf reading correctly? 30 something at idle, and high 300s to low 400 at wide open throttle. It seems like it goes to about 411 and drops to 39x after a second.

Every time I ramp up the pressures to 160mpa for a few seconds, and then put the pressures back, the return rates are different for the injectors. Sometimes as much as + or - 1 different than before raising the pressures. The balance rates stay pretty much the same until I ramp them up again. Is this normal? Or should the rates be pretty much the same every time the pressure is returned to stock. The last time I saw a truck do this, I found ALOT of rust in the fuel inlet of 2 injectors. Those 2 injectors displayed the same reaction to this test. Anyone else see this? Thanks
