Have been playing around hard since I got the Edge/Attitude installed in my truck. I guess launching constantly ):h has jammed a CD inside the stock player. Any ideas on how to take it out:help: ? I don't want to go to the dealer because I dont want to uninstall the edge... thanks for the suggestions.

Did you try hitting it? Hard?
I have had to grab the cd with a needlenose before to get it out of the stock deck. You might try blowing into it with compressed air, maybe it has some dust that is slipping on the rollers. Sometimes you just get a cd that isn't entirely rounded on the edges and it sticks too. Might have to reset the cd player by pulling the fuse for it.

I tried pulling the cd, but there are two pieces plastic that will not allow anything to go in or out of the slot. I tried moving those to the sides, but no luck. I'll try pulling the fuse to see if that works.

From what I understand that is a common occurance with the oem cd player. I know you don't want to remove your edge but I would check with your dealership and get another one on the way as I heard the wait can be a few weeks.
