Started the truck up today and went to town (7 miles/10 minutes, up to normal operating temperature). Stopped to get fuel. Opened the hood to check fluids and noticed the upper radiator hose was collapsed. Opened the surge tank and relieved the vacuum. Level was just a little low. Ran some more errands and went home. Check the hose again and it felt normal.

Is this something to be concerned about?

I have seen it happen on a few of them, I have never seen any problems come of it.
