To run the Van Aaken on 130 daily, what tranny mods are necessary? Yeah, I know a Suncoast stage V will handle it, but what will work properly without spending money just for the sake of it?

Thanks

Where can you get a trango kit from at a reasonable price and was the going install on a transgo with a tc? And another thing any other thing i would have to buy my tranny has been limped twice. Recommendations.

Get a Suncoast 3 Minimum and a Convertor.

That way you are safe to 470+ RWHP

New MATH!

For every 100 HP over Stock you go, Spend 1000 on transmission parts!

I would also go for the C1, C2, and C3 clutches at the same time. for under 200 bucks you can get them at www.GMDieseltech.com (http://www.gmdieseltech.com/) I just did mine here some info on it http://www.sanjuanrockcrawlers.com/Allsion_1000.html;)

If you do the suncoast 3, it comes with all clutches but C5. It includes the transgo and conv. I think it's hard to beat for the price. Yes, you can get the trans go and a conv for cheaper, but if you have clutch damage, you will spend the diff on clutches, the S/C 3 is a complete kit, no brain damage just fun.

well i'm thinking for my setup i will go transgo and prolly some clutchs cause they have prolly seen better days ,converter and probably copilot but i'm wondering wut the goin rate for this install would be anyone know off hand? And how much the holding rate would be. I wanna be able to run a juice will alittle predator like a 45 tune on the predator.
