I need some advice. I installed a 4" MBRP tb exhaust. I got a real potent diesel smell from the truck after the install. I was curious if I reinstall the DOC and go DOC back exhaust will this eleminate the diesel smell. Also will I loose any performance that was gained by removing the doc and will my egt's raise. Thanks

are you talking about a potent diesel smell after a dpf delete? if that is the case then that is completely normal. the dpf cuts down on soot as well as smell of diesel.
replacing the dpf will cause you to lose the performance gains that you got by removing it. you drive a diesel...you should love the diesel smell and smoke.

Sorry let me re-explain. I did a dpf/doc delete. Afterward I did get a real potent diesel smell and was curious if I put the cat back on (not the dpf) would it cut down on the diesel smell. Also would I loose any of my gains if putting the cat back on.

Yes, it will cut down on the smell for sure. Most guys take their cats off just to get the "Diesel Smell"...

Yes, the cat is a restriction in the system. Its not as bad as the DPF, but it is restrictive.
