Here's what I have for them so far:

exahust gasket to p/s line contact
P/s hose leak (Upper & Lower)
Seat memory has a "mind of it's own"
Steering shaft rattle
Brake booster recall ?
D/S Hood stop "self-adjusts"
Any ECM/TCM/BCM/DDM/PDM updates available
A/C not cooling like it should in hot weather
Check oil seepage between Engine Block/Transmission bellhousing
Rear center seatbelt recall ?
Rough idle/increased fuel consumption - Check injector balance rates
Steering "grind" when turning wheel left (is there a TSB on this?)

I can't think of anything else offhand at the moment, but I'll be looking REAL hard for the next three days... Anyone have any suggestions/recalls/TSB's for anything else I should have them check out?

Monday built vehicle? Good luck, sounds like a 3 trip fix.

Dunno when it was built, but it shipped on a Tuesday April 20, 2004.

Why 3 trips?

With a good sized laundry list something on it usually doesn't get done. My experience in the past. So far my 04.5 has been so good (knock on wood) that I'm almost not wanting to open the hood or touch anything.
