I am looking for a code scanner. This is for a friend of mine. He runs a very large Cranberry Farm and has 7 GMC Sierras. What is the best bang for the buck. I'm sure that he would like to have a unit that worked on other vehicles as well. I've been reading reviews and can not seem to find one that is not flawed in one way or another. It just seems, if you can't get one that reliably does it all for $300 of so, then just get a cheap one. I don't know, my head is spinning... Oh yea, US made or from anywhere other than China is always a priority. We like good tools, so if we need to spend more, that could be ok too.
