Hello, I am new to the diesel place. I have a 90 suburban and I am getting ready to put a 6.5/ 4l80e from a 93 k2500 in it. I have been reading in past posts that the stock turbo will hit the a/c box. Does anybody know if a body lift will fix this? If not will the s10 box mod fit easily. I want to keep my a/c, and I am on a budget, so aftermarket turbo is out. Just for info, I am going to use the motor, trans, wiring/computer, and rearend from the 93. I have a dana 44 3/4 ton front end and a np231 from a suburban. Oh and does anyone know how to get a tach signal from the 6.5. Thanks in advance for any help.
