My truck was setting at idle today for about 30 min. when I noticed my SES light was on. Code reader displayed P0094 code. ( small fuel leak) Is this a sign of injector failure? I did not notice or smell any fuel.

Could be the fuel cap not making a good seal. Be sure to make the cap click several times (3 or more). Erase the code and see if that's the solution.

That was the first thing I did when I erased the code. The SES light has not came on since. Just found out all 8 injectors were replaced 2 weeks before purchasing the truck:ro) .(20,000 ago) That takes a big load off my mind! Thanks for your help.

It is not he fuel cap,that is an evaporative emission issue not fuel pressure.It could be injectors with high return rate ,but may be as simple as a pluged /restricted supply. Monitor fuel pressure regualtor return and fuel rail actual and desired pressure. Ramp presure to 160 kpa and see if follows.
