homeskillet 06-12-2005, 09:35 PM Im looking at a new set of shoes for my Dmax and i was wondering if a 17x9, 8x6.5 with a 4.5" b.s would be ok would the 4.5 back spacing work correctly if so i would be puting some 265 70 17 on them any help would be wonderfull planning to buy shortly. noreaster 06-12-2005, 10:01 PM A 265 tire might be alittle narrow for a 9" wide rim, better off with an 8" rim. mahalkita 06-13-2005, 09:47 PM 9 inch wheels with 4.5 BS will extend out of the fender 2.5 inches more than stock - plus the increased width of the tire. Might look funny for such a small wheel / tire combo but thats just my opinion. Is there a 265/70/17 tire that will carry the dmax weight? | ||
