I just put 285-16 Tires on my 05 D-Max According to the GPS. I now have a 6 MPH Error in my Speedometer, when I'm running 70mph on the Speedometer I'm actually running 76. Can the dealer Re-program the speedometer or does it have to be done mechanically???

This Turned out to be a real no Brainer:rolleyes: I stopped in at my dealer today and asked them about it . The service manager said "Wait a minute " walked back in the shop and got the Diagnostic Computer . Went to the truck plugged it in entered my 285 Tire size and WALAA!!!!! My Speedometer was Fixed!!!!! Took all of about 5 minutes and on top of that he didn't charge me a DIME :cool2:


Checked it by the GPS on the way home and it is right on the money!!!!!!
