this is in a 92 chevy s10 with the 4.3 5 speed 4wd.......it has the floor shifter in it..i have replaced all vaccum lines and the actuator looks to be engaging but the front tires arent getting any power the drive shaft spins but front tires dont....so i put it back in 2wd and there is a really bad grinding? maybe like a chain skipping teeth but if i put it back ino 4wd (mind you the front tires dont have any power) it drives perfect no noise or anything

i checked the fluid and it looks good still nice pink color no metal shavings
