I have a 2008 Silverado d-max and wanted to know if anyone made a delete pipe for the DPF and DOC that bolts on and allows you to keep the rest of the oem exhaust... i dont wanna attract attention by changing everything and figured if keep everything other that those two parts I'd be golden. Any thoughts? I have seen some from flow pro but the descriptions are pretty vague..
Thanks guys

would i need a new down pipe with this unit now? or does it actually replace the DOC and DPF ? The way it looks is as though it doesn't replace the cat?

No need to change downpipe. Just flange and v band connections. Get with Nate from the Performance Truck products and he get you the needed pipes and tuner to rewrite the ECM to disable the DPF regen cycle. Also Tyler from Meyer Performance is good to deal with and also Chad from Alligator Performance to name just a few good vndors.

You dont need a new down pipe to delete the DPF. All you really need is the Flo-Pro direct replacement pipe, though most end up with a full system that deletes the DOC/DPF and the rest of the exhaust from there back. Give me a holler if I can help with anything.

This has been my preferred method:
Get 5k or so miles on the truck in stock form so that you have 10 regens recorded. Then add DPF test pipe and cap off the sensor connectors (included with my pipe) or they will dissolve the pins. Then a simple ECM swap with custom tune. Easy in/easy out and excellent performance results.

Does that delete pipe also get rid of the cat?

No, only if you choose to add the DOC delete pipe, or a full exhaust system.

Stupid question alert!!!
When one adds the dpf delete replacement pipe with bungs, the sensors screw back in the pipe. Will this eventually harm those sensors with no dpf and no doc in place?
Thanks for the help.
