I have never used the phone in my truck, and now after a long trip it keeps saying ," phone unavailable." I just want it off. I have pulled the info fuse and hoped it would reset and not talk to me anymore, but it did not work. Any help?

wait till it starts getting more vocal.... mine would say everything it knew the longer i went without getting it fixed....
I took mine in and had them put a new on-star box in so I'm not sure what fuses you pull but I believe there is two of them. someone will chime in. or you can search"onstar" and plenty of those thread will tell you how to disable it.
