Just wondering if any complete exhaust system from a gas truck would bolt up to my 6.5 NA??? Or, at least at the manifolds?

I don't think so

A complete exhaust for the same truck should fit the same, as far as hanger locations, but won't match up to your manifolds.

A muffler shop would probably be able to rig something up for you, but I would talk to one about it first.
