I was changing fluids yesterday and I was pleasantly suprised to find that the front diff was already filled with the synthetic "grape juice" 75-90. My 03 was not this way, but the 05 is. I wonder why they changed? Either way, we're getting better from the factory with age...

Still changed all the fluids to get the gunk out. Always do that on a new vehicle.

I could swear that my truck had the syn in both front and back before I changed the fluids. I can not remember though.
