I upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista and now when I try to communicate with the ECM I get and error saying the V2 interface is not compatable with version of EFI Live software, please upgrade. I downloaded the newest version and still no cigar. When I start reading the ECM it starts then says in red letters "status unknown". Anyone. We need the newest firmware but I cant find it anywhere.
