I have recently installed the Auto meter ultra lite series pyro { probe in manifold} and boost gauges mounted in the trippin mount. I am looking at purchasing the Banks six gun programmer, my question is will my gauges work with the Banks kit or any other kit ?

Gauges are independent already, so they should work no matter what. Six gun can be purchased with or without the gauge package option.
